We will walk you through the details that you might have forgotten about, or that you might not even know about. The planning process can often be very stressful and time consuming; we strive to make this event as relaxing as possible for everyone involved. Each package can be customized to meet the hosts expectations. As our client, you can rely on use to work as many hours as need be and are reasonably necessary to fulfill our obligations under our agreement.

Are you a DIY Couple? If you are, this package is for you! It's for couples who would rather do everything themselves, who have already planned, designed and booked all vendors. We are here to help with the finishing touches and put all their ideas to work so they can enjoy their special day without a worry in the world.

• Day – of – Coordinator

• Following up with all your hired vendors four weeks before and getting their times of arrival

• Confirmation of timing and details with all hired vendors

• Create a timeline for the wedding day so everyone involved knows where to be and when

• Coordinate rehearsal

• Coordinate the ceremony and the reception traditions 

(i.e., first dance, cake cutting, and bouquet/garter toss)

• Supervise and coordinate vendor set up and breakdown

• Collect your gifts and place them in your vehicle at the end of  your evening

• Collect and place décor, rental items or anything not belonging to venue in pickup area. (Does not include cleaning venue or trash removal, see additional services)

• Assistant Coordinator - (*additional Event Staff will be needed after 200 guests.  An additional charge will apply)

Couples who need a helping hand before the big day, but would like to handle and plan MOST aspects of their wedding. We will assist with decisions, send them on the right path and put all of the finishing touches to make their wedding day a day no one will forget!

This package includes everything from the 

Finishing Touches Package and:

• Assistance with choosing a theme and/or decor design

• Rehearsal dinner suggestions

• Hair and makeup appointments

• Reception floor plan development

• Budget suggestions and management ideas

• Professional vendor referrals and assistance with selection

• Assistance with catering details and menu selection

• Assistance with stationary selection and wording - (I.e., save the date, invitations, programs, menu cards etc.)

• Vendor contract review

• Personalized planning list for the Couple

This package is just right for the couple that needs complete planning, design, and coordination for their big day. This saves them time and is less stressful for the couple so they can make Memories from the Beginning. With our helping hands before the big day and putting all the finishing touches together; we will be there to make their day a memory that will last forever in their hearts!

This package includes everything from the Before the Big Day package and:

• Create seating arrangements for reception

•  Manage guest book and place cards

• Assistance with selection of:

o   Ceremony and Reception venue

o   Wedding design, décor and colors

o   Wedding attire and accessories

o  Wedding party gifts

o   Wedding favors

• Creating a custom budget

• Making rehearsal dinner plans

• Assistance with out-of-town guest and accommodations

• Assemble and deliver “welcome baskets” at hotel

• Create, assemble & send stationeries (save the dates & invitation- does not include postage)
